This hotel was a hidden gem! the value for money was incredible. With prices much lower than expected, I couldn't believe the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated in a charming town, I had easy access to hiking trails and nearby ruins. Lastly, the rooms were lovely. I had a double bed in a beautiful garden setting, which was a delightful touch. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

The rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable bedding and portable gas heaters. Additionally, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.

We had a wonderful Easter break at a hotel in the Colca Canyon. The guided hikes were amazing, with beautiful views and interesting history from the knowledgeable guides. We also enjoyed the hot springs nearby and the local town square. The location was perfect, secluded enough to feel like a peaceful escape but still within easy reach of the town and local sights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the breakfast buffet with freshly cooked eggs to order and a variety of delicious options.

The cleanliness of the facilities and my room was also impressive. The hotel facilities were exceptional- I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and observatory. The breakfast was great, providing a good selection of options and delicious food. Additionally, the location was ideal- close to many interesting attractions and sights.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nestled in a tranquil village, this hotel boasts a beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and impeccable bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is vast, featuring eggs cooked to order and regional dishes. Guests enjoy an excellent view of the surrounding scenery from the common area and windows. relaxing in the outdoor lounging area, visitors can explore nearby hot springs, town square, and trek Colca Canyon. Staff is responsive and multilingual.

The restaurant, however, needs improvement.

the location was great, as it was in a tranquil area surrounded by stunning natural beauty. the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects was the observatory in the garden, where we were able to stargaze and enjoy an educational talk from the enthusiastic owner. the hotel provided us with free coca tea throughout the day, which was a nice touch.

There were some aspects that could be improved upon. the dinner menu was overpriced for what it was, and the food was average.
